Arleen’s industry exclusive Jumpstart Program is a pre-training program that holds you hand throughout each step of your new business’s start-up and which guides you thru day-to-day management, operations and marketing. From basic tasks, such as applying for a local business license and obtaining your Federal Tax ID number; to more expansive assignments, such as initial employee hiring and the development of your grand opening target marketing campaign. Every franchisee receives hands-on, start-up training through the Sweet Arleen’s University program in beautiful Westlake Village, CA. Your training will cover every aspect of Sweet Arleen’s operations and will include a 4-Set Manual Suite, class room curriculum at the Corporate office, instructional demonstrations and job shadowing at our Flagship kitchen and facilitated open discussion and consultation with our leadership team. You will learn from the very best and most experience operators including Arleen herself:

Sweet Arleen's ships to physical addresses within the lower 48 states, PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses are excluded from shipping.  All orders must be placed by 12 noon two days prior to the desired delivery date.  Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery are not available, however you may email for any special requests.

Summary of shipping fees and delivery:

  • Cupcakes are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air Saver.  $41.00 per package
  • Bread Puddings are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air Saver.  $41.00 per package
  • T-Shirts will be shipped at no additional charge if purchased with Cupcakes or Bread Pudding Packages.  If ordered separately, T-Shirts are shipped for delivery 2-3 days. $6.00 shipping charge for up to 5 shirts.

You will receive a tracking email from the Carrier once your product is in route.  We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order although due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive their delivery.  Some remote areas may not qualify for overnight delivery service.  Should your order be affected, Sweet Arleen's will notify you on or before your shipping date.

Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination.  Sweet Arleen's cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided an incorrect address, or if there are shipping delays resulting from inclement weather.
